Personal Data
In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, users of this website, as well as persons who have provided personal information to any company associated with the CENTRAL HOTELES brand or other services we offer directly or indirectly, are informed that the processing of this personal data is for the purpose of providing the services you have chosen to hire. In no case will your data be transferred for any other purpose to other companies without being properly informed. The data you provide will be incorporated into various files and properly registered.
For the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, CENTRAL HOTELES may collect your personal data in several ways: when the information is provided directly by you; when you visit CENTRAL HOTELES' websites; when you use the services offered by CENTRAL HOTELES online through the data you authorize CENTRAL HOTELES to collect from your social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc.) or when you connect to the Wi-Fi that CENTRAL HOTELES may offer you; and when we obtain information through other means other than the above mentioned and that are allowed by applicable laws.
The personal data obtained by the means indicated above are:
Identification data: first name(s), last name(s), home and work address, home, cellular and/or work telephone number, marital status, signature, e-mail, nationality, gender, age, date of birth, signature, username and password. The HR area of CENTRAL HOTELES may also request from potential candidates: social security number, personal references, work references, information regarding education, skills, knowledge, and work experience, level of language proficiency, AFORE account statement, INFONAVIT credit statement, proof of tax withholding, property data.
Financial Data: cardholder's name, credit or debit card number, expiration date (in case of online transactions).
Invoicing Data: name or company name, RFC, fiscal address.
Preferences Data: Related to the room, services required and/or reason and preferences for the trip.
Images collected by video-surveillance cameras: In our facilities we have video-surveillance equipment that records images and audio of the people who access our facilities or who are in the surroundings.
Sensitive Personal Data
Sensitive personal data are considered to be those personal data that affect the most intimate sphere of their owner, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for the owner. In particular, are considered sensitive those that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions and sexual preferences. In case of staying in any of our hotels, the sensitive personal data that we will ask you to provide will be those related to health or different abilities, which will be used only to give you a better service and meet your specific needs.
CENTRAL HOTELES may also collect through its HR department, photographs of candidates, nationality, gender, union affiliation, criminal record, and general information regarding their health status: results of pre-entry medical and psychological exams, allergies, medications required, etc.
User’s Consent for the Processing and Transfer of Personal Data
By submitting your data to CENTRAL HOTELES or to any company associated to CENTRAL HOTELES, the user expressly accepts the present conditions and rules of use, in terms of article 8 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, granting unequivocal consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the purposes informed. Likewise, he/she accepts the transfer of his/her data to the corresponding entities for the fulfillment of the obligations in accordance with the contracted service, exclusively for the reserved purposes, ensuring that such data will not be in any other case transferred to third parties for any other purpose, without the additional consent of the owner. By legal obligation and collaboration with the Authorities, they may be delivered to public bodies that require it, specifying that in these cases the minimum information required for the corresponding legal compliance will be provided, protecting the rest of the data with the utmost rigor.
The user accepts that the data provided to CENTRAL HOTELES are true, current and correct. Furthermore, the user agrees to indemnify CENTRAL HOTELES from any claim or demand derived from the errors in the personal data provided.
Purpose and Processing of Personal Information
Purposes that give rise to the legal relationship and are necessary for the provision of service:
The personal information you provide to us will be used by CENTRAL HOTELES to provide the services you request or that are part of a program you have enrolled in or a purchase you have made: reservations, membership in our referral programs, organization of events and social gatherings, purchase of tourism products and/or services.
CENTRAL HOTELES may use the personal information you provide us with to offer you a better service and, if applicable, identify your preferences during your stay and make it more pleasant.
For security reasons, we have video surveillance equipment in our facilities. We inform you that the images and sounds obtained from them, will be used only to safeguard the safety of people staying with us, who visit us, and our staff and facilities, so they may be shared with the authorities if necessary.
Purposes that do not give rise to a legal relationship and are not necessary for the provision of services:
CENTRAL HOTELES may use the information to offer you tourist and commercial promotions and products, sending offers, special services, newsletters, surveys and online contests.
In case the user does not want his/her personal data to be used for all or some of the Secondary Purposes set forth in this section, he/she shall send a request for the removal of his/her data, specifying the purposes for which he/she does not want his/her personal data to be processed, to the following e-mail address: datos.personales@centralhoteles.com.
CENTRAL HOTELES informs the END CONSUMER that all personal data stored both in physical and/or electronic media, will be stored once the purpose for which they were collected is concluded, having a maximum conservation period of 10 years, and in compliance with the provisions and deadlines required by the trade, tax and accounting laws in force, for their subsequent destruction. In the case of data and authorizations collected for commercial purposes, as long as the interested party does not request the cancellation of the authorization previously granted, we may keep them and use them for our commercial action indefinitely.
Limiting the Use or Disclosure of Personal Information

Exercise of the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition
The access, rectification, cancellation or opposition with respect to the information you provide to CENTRAL HOTELES indicated in the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, or the revocation of the consent you have given us to the processing of your personal data, may be made by delivering a written request to the Personal Data Department at the following address: Av. 5 de Mayo 61, Centro Histórico, Centro, 06000 Centro Histórico, CDMX, from 9 to 14 hours from Monday to Friday or by e-mail to datos.personales@centralhoteles.com.
Such request must contain at least the following: (i) Name of the Holder of the Personal Data; (ii) E-mail address to receive notifications; (iii) Documents evidencing identity or, if applicable, legal representation of the holder; (iv) Clear and precise description of the personal data upon which it is intended to exercise the right, and the right it is intended to exercise; (v) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data. In the event that the request does not meet any of the aforementioned requirements, the Personal Data Department may require you within 5 days of receipt of the request to provide the elements or documents necessary to process it. You will have 10 days to comply with the requirement, in case of not responding within such term, the corresponding request will be considered as not submitted.
The terms of attention will be a maximum of 20 days from the date on which the request is received to communicate the determination adopted, so that, if it is appropriate, it will be effective within 15 days following the issuance of the response. In order to protect your confidentiality, CENTRAL HOTELES will send the answer to your request to the e-mail address you have provided for such purpose and will keep it at the disposal of the applicant at the address indicated in the previous paragraph.
Related to Employment and Specific to Résumés
When filling out a job application, sending or delivering a resume to any company related to CENTRAL HOTELES, CENTRAL HOTELES complies with the applicable legal data protection regulations and establishes security mechanisms and procedures for such management, taking into account the state of technology, all in accordance with the provisions of the law. The data provided or delivered are collected by CENTRAL HOTELES for the purpose of managing its personnel selection database, maintaining communication with the candidate during the recruitment and selection process and compiling employee candidate files. CENTRAL HOTELES participates in the exchange of employment portfolios with other companies in the industry, with the previous authorization of the owner.
Each holder accepts and authorizes the processing of the personal data provided to our HR selection database, as well as unequivocally the processing or transfer of information for the purposes explained to any CENTRAL HOTELES company. The holder may revoke the consent given at any time, without retroactive effects being attributed to the revocation. CENTRAL HOTELES informs the holder that he/she may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition as indicated in this policy.
Sending Information by E-mail, Subscription and Newsletters
The treatment of personal data, as well as the sending of commercial communications by electronic means, is in accordance with the Laws related to electronic commerce and internet and follows the good practices and international standards. In our communications of promotion and advertising of our establishments and services there should always be an address where you can unsubscribe from the service that has provided you with information through a link to a web page, or through the email address that has sent it to you, proceeding to unsubscribe your email address, in case of detecting any anomaly we will be grateful if you contact the address datos.personales@centralhoteles.com.
In the case of subscription to newsletters, news or similar on our website, your data will become part of CENTRAL HOTELES.
According to the existing regulations, the information may be transferred to third national or international companies directly related to the provision of the service for which you have hired us.
Minors Information
CENTRAL HOTELES does not intend to obtain information directly from minors, although we cannot always determine the age of the people who access our web, in any case when this is detected, the authorization of the parents or legal tutors of the same will be required both in the web and in our establishments.

Notwithstanding the above, and in the event of security breaches occurring at any stage of the processing, which significantly affect the user's economic or moral rights, they will be informed by email immediately, so that they can take the appropriate measures to defend their rights, excluding CENTRAL HOTELES from any responsibility, if the breach is not attributable to it.
