Rooms

Rooms are cleaned when unoccupied. You may place the "Please Clean Room" sign on your door to indicate that cleaning is possible, or request it at a specific time by contacting our Central Care service.

Laundry and dry-cleaning services are available upon request, subject to an additional charge.

Iron and ironing board are available upon request at no extra charge.

No Smoking Policy

Balcón del Zócalo and Zócalo Central are smoke-free properties, and smoking is prohibited within its premises.

In case of non-compliance with this policy, the Hotel may apply a charge of 100 USD for specialized cleaning and deodorizing services.
